Glenluce Surgery Update

Following the availability of additional funding from Old Luce Community Fund over the next three years, the Trust has been revisiting the provision of a new GP surgery building over the past few months. A contract has been awarded to 3b Construction, working with Iain Macfadzean, for the design and build of a new surgery building on the Four Winds site. The new design, which is inspired by the surgery at Sandhead, will be located at the front of the site, roughly where the current house is situated. The site will be separated out so that the GP practice will be able to continue in its current position until the new building is ready. Our next step is to develop the design to take to planning permission.
