Invitation to Tender

The Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person/business to undertake a site options appraisal, full business plan and costings for the development of a new GP Surgery.

Any tenders received will inform a bid for funding to be made in early November. Funding will be confirmed in January 2020 and the Trust may reissue the invitation to tender at this point. Note, however, that the budget for this piece of work will be set by the initial tenders received. Whilst it is acknowledged that there will be a need for valuation and building/land condition surveys, the funding for this work will be sought from an alternative source, should our initial funding bid be successful. Where appropriate, clarification sought from potential applicants is shared with all other potential applicants. It is therefore recommended that you register your interest in tendering at the earliest opportunity so that you can be informed of any such additional information.
